Flu vaccinations are administered without seeing a provider

All 鹰 County community members are encouraged to get vaccinated against the flu. Guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control indicate that everyone 6 months 和 older should get vaccinated for seasonal flu every year. Most health insurance plans cover the cost of vaccination at a regular clinic, provider office or pharmacy.
  • Flu vaccinations are administered at CMM locations on a walk-in basis for adults, children 和 babies beginning at 6-months old.
  • 接种疫苗 are available beginning mid-September 和 administered as supplies allow.
  • 接种疫苗 are available Monday-Friday at Colorado Mountain Medical locations in 雅芳, 狄龙, 鹰 和 维尔.
  • Most insurances cover the vaccination cost at a regular clinic, provider office or pharmacy.
  • 对于没有保险的病人, the cost of a flu vaccine for ages 6 months to 64 years is $59, 和 the cost for a high dose flu vaccine for uninsured patients at 65+ years is $102, with a 15% discount for payment at time of service.

Children's vaccinations are administered at their age appropriate exam with their Colorado Mountain Medical provider.
  • Vaccines available from Birth to 18 years of age:

接种疫苗 are typically given during an office visit with a Colorado Mountain Medical provider.
  • We accept outside orders for vaccinations. 
  • After a series is started then patients walk in for the rest of the series.   
  • Available 成人 vaccines:

    • Measles, mumps, rubella- MMR

Tdap is administered without seeing a provider

  • Tdap vaccine can protect adolescents 和 adults from tetanus, diphtheria, 和 pertussis. One dose of Tdap is routinely given at age 11 or 12.  这样做的人 不 get Tdap at that age should get it as soon as possible.
  • Tdap is especially important for health care professionals 和 anyone having close contact with a baby younger than 12 months. 
  • Pregnant women should get a dose of Tdap during 每一个怀孕, to protect the newborn from pertussis. Infants are most at risk for severe, life-threatening complications from pertussis

Colorado Immunization Information System Disclosure

Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS) is a confidential, computerized system that collects 和 consolidates vaccination data for Coloradans of all ages from a variety of sources.

CIIS helps healthcare providers, 学校, 儿童保育中心, universities 和 individuals keep track of the shots that they 和/or their children have received.
